What this website collects

The website has no user accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Personal data is processed only in the following cases:

• Enquiries. The contact and update forms do not send data to our servers. They open your own email application with a prepared message. If you send it, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Hosting and security. The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
• Statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to enquiries and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in business correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Security and operation of the website: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Occasional updates by email, only if you ask for them: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message.

How long data is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and then for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Update requests are kept until you withdraw consent. Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited period according to its own policy.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, security, statistics) and our email provider. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is not sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, write to info@gruency.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
